Sulastri Miharja

– Manager Micro credit
"Sulastri was born in Klaten in 1978. After high school she moved to Yogyakarta to get a degree in Tourism and English language. However, her field of interest changed after the earthquake in Yogyakarta 2006. Being a victim herself, she volunteered in helping the victims whose houses had been destroyed or got injured. She became one of the founders of PPMK (formerly PKWJ) and initiated the Micro credit program by setting up the very first PPMK microloans in 2007. She continues her work as Micro credit Manager: identifying potential loaners, set up new loans and assisting these women to make successful businesses. In addition, she is involved in the Health programs Milk, Nutrition and Medical.
